Tsukineko Grimoire 是一个面向 AI 与机器学习论文的知识书库，前端使用 Next.js 和 TypeScript，后端使用 Firebase Auth、Firestore、Cloud Storage 和 Vertex AI Agent Builder。它支持用关键词或自然语言检索论文，日语查看标题和要旨，把论文加入个人书架，并就积累的论文群进行聊天提问；回答会附带引用，可跳转到代表图、结果表和 arXiv 原文。项目还通过 Firestore 缓存翻译结果，以降低 Translate API 成本。

search-first 是面向 Claude Code 的 Agent Skill，用一份 Markdown 指令文件要求编码代理在选库、找现有实现、核对论文或官方规范、准备自写代码之前，先检索包注册表（npm、PyPI、crates 等）、GitHub 代码、论文原文与官方文档，再输出带日期和来源 URL 的报告。报告分范围、发现、结论、仍未确定四部分，每个需求给出 Adopt（采用候选）、Adopt-part（采用其中一部分）或 Build（自建，并列明排除每个候选的停止条件）三种结论，默认倾向采用既有方案。检索通过代理自带联网工具完成，自身不需要 API Key；提供 Quick 内联模式与需额外 researcher 子代理的 Full 模式。
