AlphaAgent 是一个自主的多智能体投资平台。它基于 Django 5 与 DRF 构建，使用 Celery/Redis 进行异步任务调度、PostgreSQL 存储数据，并通过 CrewAI 驱动看涨与看跌智能体进行对抗性辩论，辩论结果需经过确定性的执行守卫审查才能执行。平台提供基于 WebSocket 的 React 仪表盘、Telegram 审批机器人以及基于 MCP 的工具服务，用于实时监控组合表现、审批交易提案并查看完整的决策论据。

TradeAgent 是一个面向非终端用户的 Windows 桌面应用，让 AI 编程智能体（OpenCode/Codex）通过本地命名管道与交易网关交互，从而在 ATAS 交易账户上表达交易意图。系统在网关层强制幂等性、对账与风险限制，设计上保证：券商凭据不进入智能体环境、重复请求 id 不会重复下单、遇到 UNKNOWN 状态时暂停交易并做对账而非自动重发、真实资金交易需人工明确操作、停止 AI 与清仓是两个独立按钮。项目提供内置模拟器与故障注入测试，ATAS 适配器为未完成文件；官方声明所有历史测试账户均为模拟账户，从未接入过真实券商。采用 PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0（源码可见，非 OSI 开源）许可。
