Combined contextual similarity with GitHub activity scoring to produce fair, accurate candidate shortlists and reduce manual screening effort.
该系统面向招聘场景，将简历按职位描述进行语义匹配和排名，并展示排名依据。它支持读取 PDF、Word 文档、扫描件和手机照片（含手写体），覆盖 90 多种语言；通过 OCR 将非文本简历转为文字，再按语义而非关键词比较简历与职位描述。职位要求会被逐条打分，并附上满足该要求的简历原文片段作为证据。可选功能包括基于公开 GitHub、LeetCode、CodeChef 活动的公平加分（最高 +10，且不会对无此类资料的候选人扣分），以及针对排名靠前候选人生成的 AI 摘要（优势、差距、面试问题），AI 摘要仅用于解释排名，不改变分数。项目通过 docker compose up 一条命令启动 Web 应用，并保留历史运行记录。
